So i am getting a Pre-Paid Visa Electron card in a couple of days,so i wanna know if there is a legit shop who accepts them or one that uses paypal(ill use the card if paypal accepts it)

It does not matter from where the card comes,USA,Europe,Hong Kong, i just wanna that legit and free shipping(or low cost shipping)

But the catch is that the card is Visa Electron not Visa.
Idk if its same but Nintendo eShop does not accept Visa Electron just Visa so i thought it would be same here

Ohh and it says Free Practical Gift.
That means i get more things for free??

If you want to buy a flashcard with it and the site doesn't accept the card, transferring the money to PayPal doesn't really solve the problem actually.
