Who was a fan of the first one? I thought it was epic and Liam played the perfect badass but not the over the top bad ass like in most Hollywood flicks.

I have watched Taken like 50 times lol. The Extended Cut is so much better (especially the torture scene, nails in the knees ftw!). I have been waiting for Taken 2 since it was announced (like 2 years ago?).

The plot seems pretty similar to the first, but

1. If someone wasn't taken, Taken 2 wouldn't be a very good name
2. It makes sense that he wouldn't just get away with everything he did

I have a feeling the series could get a "stay in the fucking house Carl" vibe from it if someone keeps getting taken so much.
