Hardware 3ds XL embassador

Hi, recently bought a 3ds xl, pass my data to my xl 3ds, I got a 3ds ambassador not mine XD BUT, can i move the games of the 3ds ambassador without losing what had already transferred to my 3ds xl? I can choose what I want to transfer?

Yeah, at least according Nintendo.
When I went over to "From Nintendo 3DS" on System Transfer, I read and it said something along the lines of:
"Any downloaded content on the target system will be available for re-downloading for free" or some crap like that.
I'll try to find a pic.

System Settings>Other Settings>System Transfer>From Nintendo 3DS

"Nintendo 3DS download software purchased on or downloaded to the target system before performing the transfer can be redownloaded to that system from Nintendo eShop after the transfer."

A little vague, as it doesn't state what happens to your saves though I'd imagine they'd be wiped. Oh and after you perform the transfer, don't delete your eShop account otherwise you won't be able to redownload your games. Hope this helps.

Nah I'm pretty sure I answered his question.

If I understood correctly, he has already transferred stuff to his XL, and wants to transfer from a third system and keep all of those games, which is exactly possible if you've read my post. The only issue is the 7-day interval between each transfer.

Gracias por dejarme postear en español, pase mis datos de mi 3ds original a mi 3ds xl, y consegui un 3ds embajador del cual me regalaron los juegos, quiero pasar del embajador solo los juegos nes y gba que regalaron, no me importa lo demas, pero no quiero perder lo que ya pase a mi 3ds xl, es decir quiero seleccionar solo lo que quiero transferir.

Assuming he's done the transfer once before he probably already knows it wipes the source system.
As my above post says, yes, he can transfer from the ambassador 3DS and keep all the games already on there by redownloading. I doubt he'll keep his saves though.
