Gaming Cheap games

I found a really really cheap 3DS game in a town nearby.
Its Resident Evil 3D The Mercenaries and i would like to buy it.
But how am i gonna know if its EU region?
Does the code on the card say thats EU? like XXX-XXX-XXXX-EUR?
And is there a Demo Cartridge of that game.
It would be stupid that i buy it and its the Demo of the game.

I cant test it cause i am not the one whos gonna buy it.

EDIThh and the seller says it has a Resident Evil Revelations Demo is in(or with it dunno it just says + RE Revelations Demo)

Demo cartidges would probably cost less than the full game.If they exist that is.

Ah, i get it. There's a demo of RE: Revelations in mercenaries 3D, but not on physical form (The demo is "inside" the card)

Do you mean about the region? there's a code in the card, you can see the region by it's ending (eur or usa)

If the seller said that there is a demo of Revelations on the card then it will be the full retail cartridge of Mercenaries. Of course the game can be broken, why don't you ask the seller if you can try the game before hand to see if it works on your 3DS?

I cant cause i am not the one who is gonna buy it.
A dude is gonna buy it for me,but i dont think that the card is broken.
Even if it its, i just lose 7 Euro.

7 euros is a good price for Mercenaries, a used copy in the UK is about £10.
