Hacking A game idea...

I know this will probably not be interesting to most of you, but I had a game idea for a PSP homebrew. Being the total coding n00b I am, I can't make it, so im just gonna put it out there for anyone who might wanna make it. Here's my idea: a game based on the "Storm Chasers" show, where you try to intercept a tornado and/or get pics of tornadoes. I thought it should be a 3D game and that the PSP would be the platform that could handle it. Anyone? Comments?

Anyway it seems interesting, but I can't understand this one well...

well in the show there was this guy who wanted to get a pic of inside a tornado so he built a "tornado intercept vehicle (TIV)" with an IMAX camera turret. Basically a tank without a gun. His whole mission was to film the inside of a tornado by driving into one, and along the way take pictures of em from a distance. You'd do the same thing in the game.

YOU really cant do it that way, actually. Dont take this into a mean way but the main thing is that you can't just tell a guy to create this game/homebrew for ANY console. as weavile said; its called selfishness. You'll be wasting the creator's time and your time. Make it yourself.
