how do you get the r4i 3ds to save pokemon black and white 2

I get the red loading screen on my r4i gold 3ds. It happens on both the clean rom and the patched rom. It used to load onto the white screen until I formatted my sd card and put the latest firmware on. I'm thinking I need a patch for the card, but I'm not sure. Please help

Just reformat the SD card I had the same problem and it fixed it. Just don't do a quick format to the full one

Can somebody help? I'm using the r4i sdhc for 3ds and when I want to save the game it freezes. Any suggestions to fix it. Also, when I try to patch the rom that I downloaded with Dicastia, it keeps failing.

For anyone who is having problems with the no$gba blue screen hang. MAKE SURE you are STARTING YOUR CARTRIDGE DIRECTLY. I forgot that I was starting the rom from "bios"so was not getting past the blue screen save hang at the start.

Again enter the code, patch your rom, and make sure in 'No$Gba emulation setup' you have start cartridge directly checked. If that isnt your problem I dunno but it was mine.

Press Y on the ROM, change settings to soft reset - off, cheats off and it wouldn't hurt to force the save data size to 64M. You will still need a patched ROM.

I have a R4i SDHC and the Roms with the translate patch 1.3 works fine with the TT Menu, and also I have a R4i 3DS with the current firmware, TT Menu and the same roms with 1.3 patch. It Works but Freezes in that part to put the name and saving. There is any solution?

It works great but once i got the friday box, the medal box, all parts converted to English become japanese. does anyone know how to fix it or should i patch again?

Has anyone found a solution for the R4i Gold 3DS cuase when ever I load the game it stays at a red loading sceen while loading the game up
I have tried all the steps that work for other flash carts but then dont work.

Yea I'm having this same problem. I don't understand what's wrong.
I've tried everything; using other loaders (YSMenu, TTMenu, etc.), I've tried patching the rom, turning off cheats and reset, everything reccomended earlier.
And its ONLY THIS GAME. Other games work fine. Can we get some help please

I know right its like no one cares about this flashcard just casue it runs on 3DS and most people dont have one so they're not bothering on making a fix for this one
they should though i dont want to wait a month just to play black 2

im getting the same "red stuck loading screen" if anyone has this game working on this card while playing it on a 3ds please let us no. Its a good thing i got desmume to still play it but its more fun to play on your ds screen. Also all this Ap shit is why i pre-ordered the english version today dont want to deal with this crap again come release date lol.

i have that card..to make it work,
make sure you have the latest Wood R4 fw [1.49]
AP patched the game then
highlight the .nds file and press "Y" to load the file info,
press "Y" again,
scroll the upper menu to "Features",
turn OFF both the "Cheats in Game(AR)" and "Reset in Game",
press ok or "A" to save the current settings..
press A again to load the game.

are you playing it on a 3ds, dsi, or ds lite?

also did everything you said it still get stuck on the loading rom screen till the loading icon turns red

if i have those "features" on, i'll have a white screen at startup. patch a clean rom,maybe it's corrupted.

well i just got it to work reformated my card once mroe and it worked

Did you use the patch in the OP and the bahamut rom?

OMG FINALLY!! It worked!!! Ive been working on this for 4 DAYS now! Thanks man for suggesting the reformatting! I had to reformat a couple times, but eventually worked!!
BTW for anyone else having this problem, when you do format; uncheck Quick format and click restore system defaults.
