Well you quote every single post of mine so there is no way that i should feel lonely. And this is going way off topic.
Yea, didn't plan for it to go this far off-topic. But yea its usually really fun to talk with you :D

And on topic, like I said easier get the Acekard 2i or Supercard DSTWO both have been praised quite a bit by the Tempers.

This card is good: http://r4ids.cn/

The other R4is are crap. Be careful which one you buy.
Every R4i is crap.

The failure rate of that R4i is much lower than Acekard 2i, and the build quality is better.

Acekard has contact problems, and a high defective rate.
Factually, it might be so. But my experience says the other way round.

Did you buy that pariticular R4i, or some other kind?

Ummm...dude this was the exact same flashcard my friend had that broke down in less time than my SCDS2. Acekard I have no experience with but i'm sure if it was as bad as you say they are then why does it get alot of praise?

I don't know. That is my experience of them, and I have seen literally hundreds of them. Unless the build quality has changed recently.

I didn't take a photo before but this was the card that broke down on the same site that was posted.

Maybe but he bought his a while ago when the 3DS wasn't released yet and it was just DSi and I bought a second hand DS with an EDGE card and that lasted longer with less problems than the R4i gold.

The back drop was sort of dark greenish in colour.

Well, all cards can break. I've had several Supercards break, and they cost a lot.

In my experience, however, I have seen only very few broken R4i golds from r4id.cn; while I've seen a lot of Acekards with contact problems, or problems updating.

Breaking depends on how you handle them. Mine was a firmware problem.

It was probably the original R4 and that was plagued with problems. I never understood why it was so popular.
Same here.
I mean i'm not trying to bash the R4 series of cards but there I found through personal experience that there are better alternatives.

Well your lucky. I mean unlucky with Supercard and Acekard but lucky you found a long working R4i gold the rest of us not so much.
