i'm going to participate in the international challenge, my team is forretress(maily for entry hazards and layers) heatran (tank with lava plume, roar, rest and sleep talk) flygon (main sweeper and scarfer, also has dragon tail because of his speed to abuse layer damage) rotom water form (tricker-sweeper) vaporeon (protecting wisher annoyer) jirachi (toxic substitute, fire punch and iron head annoying sweeper)
i need help replacing jirachi and making my team better, i'm trying to replace jirachi with agility metagross that has toxic and substitute and meteor mash/ iron head but he won't be a good annoyer simply because he is mainly a sweeper, i'm screwed and i really need help
thanks everyone.

IIRC, Jirachi isn't allowed in the international Challenge. Also, entry hazards don;t work very well in VGC format because there isn't very much switching. Neither do Choice-locked Pokemon, because if Flygon is your last Pokemon left, and all of their Pokemon resist its attacks, he's dead weight. Heatran looks pretty good, but Heat Wave>Lava plume because you have to Protect will most of your other Pokemon to avoid the damage. (excluding Rotom-W and Vaporeon) Also, many of your Pokemon lack protect. Protectis a staple move in VGC because many strategies revolve around Tailwind, Fake Out, of Trick Room. With Protect, you can stall out Tailwind or Trick Room, and protect yourself from flinching via Fake Out. i recommend also using a weather like Rain, Sand, etc. Or, you could use a strategy like Tailwind/Trick Room. Some good examples of weather starters are Politoed, Tyranitar and Abomasnow. I would read this site for more on the VGC metagame, because they're a site focused on competitive Pokemon, and could help you much more than me.
http://smogon.com (go to their forums and then to the VGC section.)

Wouldn't Mirror Coat be a better move simply because it's like Protect except the attacker gets double damage from what attack it used?

Hmm.... If you can use Ditto, you could just use the opponent's strategies against them. Another option is a Pokemon that can learn Assist,

Wouldn't Mirror Coat be a better move simply because it's like Protect except the attacker gets double damage from what attack it used?
Mirror Coat still makes the user take damage, and only works against special attacks.

at least what team is the best for international challenge?
team 3 looks the best, although Protect>Swords Dance on Scizor, and maybe try Dragon Gem with Draco Meteor>Dragon Pulse on Latios.
