Hi, i'm going to build a system with a friend of mine.. he's on a pretty tight budget so i've come up with this:
LjboK7.jpg

The ram is 8 GB but i'm taking tha,t and in that system i'm going to put my old 4 GB Valueram sticks from Kingston.
The SSD is 64 GB. and he's going to use his old harddrive until the prices are a bit more normal for new drives.
he's going to use it for some video editing and just for browsing the internet. He is not going to game on it.

Did i make the right choices in parts or would i have to change some stuff? :P

If he's editing HD video, take out the ssd and get him some more ram. Maybe a better processor too.

Why get a SSD if you're on a tight budget and only video editing?
Harddrive prices still are kinda stupid and i thought the speed boost would really help out

Which processor would you recommend? max budget is 350/360 euro.

HDD prices may be kinda stupid, but they're still MUCH cheaper than SSDs. With HDDs, you can get as much as 20GB per £. With SSDs, the BEST you can get is 1.3GB per £. Sure you get a speed boost, but that only applies to programs that can make use of it (such as the OS, games, archivers, etc). Video editing performance is based on the graphics and RAM more than anything else (and besides, a SSD can't really fit much in the way of RAW videos, especially if you put the OS on there too).

Since your budget is so limited, you can't get a decent graphics card. In that respect, you should push as far up the Llano series APUs as possible (A6 or A8). Take that €69 and either get a small HDD (e.g. 250GB) and/or a better processor. 4GB is all you need for RAM (sure, 8GB will be more useful for video editing, but you don't have the graphics to match so that can be a future upgrade).

Aside from that, there's not much to comment on.
