Gaming Console emulators...

I am wondering... Is the 3ds powerful enough to emulate n64 games (and maybe a few gamecube games?) I know I'm probably gonna get a lot of no it's not you effing ahole get your head outta ur a$$. But please, I just wanna know.

The PSP can barely emulate N64 well, and you expect the 3DS to be powerful enough? Shame on you.
Also, the 3DS isn't even fully hacked yet. So even if it has the power, it's impossible to run homebrew on a 3DS, anyway.

Theorectically it's plasable to emulate a n64, snes, etc. But not a gamecube

For the third time, we don't know the full capabilities of the 3DS. It hasn't been publicly hacked to the point where we can run custom code to do benchmarks.
