It's not made of glass so that it can be damaged by the slightest gust of wind, it's not overpriced, it doesn't disappear if you hold the keyboard "in a specific way", specific being "the most common and proper way of holding it", it's not underpowered, it doesn't overheat your PC to the point that it changes colour, it doesn't have any pretty icons, it doesn't require updates twice a year, it doesn't require iTunes to be read, it doesn't have a 2985 pages disclaimer you have to agree to...
