Homebrew Is there a decent text editor for the DS?

I have a 3DS and a Supercard DS TWO, just so that's clear. Moonshell's text editor is an unstable piece of shit(1.7 and it crashes if you so much as sneeze); is anyone aware of an independant, exportable, and stable text editor homebrew?

Moonshell's text editor has always worked well for me, back when I used it a little bit.
Make sure you use Mooshell 2.10 and not one of the ancient 1.-something versions.

Upgrade your moonshell to 2.10, it's much more stable (unfortunately, I don't really know any other text editors...sorry).

I have always used DSOrganize, although I'm not sure if the DSi Wireless Communications incompatibility still applies to the 3DS.

Because Moonshell's official downloads only come as EXE, I have Linux.

Self-extracting IIRC. There's also WINE as it's just a simple selection-extraction program.

install wine, or try to open the exe with gzip or another archive manager

Download Micro Lua DS and install on your sd.Then install LED_v1_3 or editeur-master.You can get them from http://microlua.xooit.fr.
Editeur-master has a french UI though you could easily translate it if you understand lua code.
LED's UI is in english and has more features like search,replace,copy,pasting and syntax highlighting but suffers from stylus jumping.
Just modify the sources to add extlink.

PS. Actually DS Env Maker uses 7z.exe internally to decompress MS2 archives...
