How do I use AR Cards in Stop motion animation I don't see an option.

I don't think you can...sorry. Not when using the real Camera app. That's too bad. I guess if you were really desperate you could just take a ton of pictures on AR games, then stitch it on your computer.

It is what they did. AFAIK there is no other way of doing it.
