ROM Hack Pokemon Black 2011 Wonder cards?

OK, I dumped my Pokemon Black sav file via R4i Save Dongle, tryna' editing it to add in Wonder Cards I missed along 2011. Google-d and surprised there's no Wonder Cards of 'em at all. So do anyone here have them? In .pgf format for me to import it via PokeSav.. I wanted them to be 'legit'.. ):

Worlds 2011 Scrafty ID37
Snarl Zoroark (Toys R Us) ID30
Ash's Pidove ID29
Iris's Axew ID29
Cilan's Pansage ID29


note that if ID is same you can only have 1 with that ID

there is only the liberty pass and the movie 2011 i dont have in US

even if you load different WC it will say you have already recieved gift if same ID

You can't. That's the point. They have the same ID because when these were released to the public, you could only choose one. It was kind of like the starters.

You could probably just get the same result by catching a Pokemon and editing it to have the exact same stats and moves via Pokesav.
