It could happen but I don't see it happening, it just doesn't seem like something nintendo would allow yet it does seem like something they would go for since they don't really make a loss off it.

But odds are the games are just added by indie devs, it's not like Nintendo wanted to screw Humble Bundle people out of an alternate platform.
for one, nintendo are not trolling, the indie people that made the games go to nintendo and ask them to publish the games (example - http://distractionware.com/forum/index.php?topic=780.msg6714#msg6714 )
Nope, I mean that fall a number of games. One piece, future tales titles, maybe sky soldier rodea, etc etc. Over a system's life span plenty of games are never seen out side of their country. An some of those are pretty fun romps.
You forgot about Tales series and Summon night, Those rarely get out to other regions.
