Well last I checked, our dollar is up over the US dollar. Doesn't necessarily translate to cheaper games, though.

Is London Life in any way linked to the main game? I.e is it ok to play the UK version of this game and the London Life on the US version without losing anything?

Yeah, it's fine. London Life is separate from the main game.

I was talking about the actual prices, regardless of exchange rate. As of recent, the prices have been fairly similar for the most part AFAIK.

As a matter of fact, I don't mind Luke's voice in this Layton game. He's a far more subdued and less energetic character this time, so he's a little less annoying.
