lol this isn't fake. This is the extractor for the beta firmwares on ps vita prototypes (or so the sources say). Oh, and "Moreover, this tool merely extracts the firmware, it does not decrypt any of the modules within. Regardless, we’re sure this will spark some interest among the homebrew crowd."
