No, I'm pretty sure that it's the largest, if not THE only, that can display 3D videos.

i hope they do include better organizational features for the photos... i mean, "by date" just plain sucks. the DSi photo album was way preferable than this. i suppose it's no biggie when you barely use it, but mine is currently running at around 2000+ photos now, around 70% of that is downloaded, so that's still around 600+ of my own photos. it's a mess, and it takes a long time to load.

One thing I wish they'd do is let users make groups/folders to allow increased organization of the apps. Having separate groups for my NES, GBA (whenever that comes), GB/C, DSiWare, 3DSWare, etc would be nice.

Currently, I've been sorting mine as columns... How to take a pic of it so I can show you ?

I'd forgotten my frustrations at the lack of folders when I started this topic- I am currently utilising a system where I have it set at 5 blocks vertically, with all similar games placed in a row. I'd appreciate at least a way of organising things automatically (all platformers/ rpg's) and the ability to run DSiWare off of the SD card (I have twice as much DSiWare as I can fit on the system, so a lot of it remains on the SD and needs to be switched in and out as I want it) though I am straying off topic....

I would quite like the amount of play coin storage to increase, and more developers using them (RE-Mercs had the best use of them I've found so far, SF4 the poorest)- when they were first announced they were meant to be obtainable in game by achieving things, and people did think they'd be used to download new content for things ("I completed RE, the coins I obtained can be used to buy a new classic course in Mario Kart" kinda thing)

Has there been any update on when the big release is coming yet - rumour has it we're looking at 24th November, has this been confirmed yet?

Be interesting to see whether the updates coming with SM3DL are also included too?

They never said you could get play coins by beating games or achiving things, they even announced that there were no system attacted achivements. And you can already use your coins like you described. I am confusion.

I organise all my stuff in little "groups". In order, I have 3DSWare, DSiWare, Game Boy, Ambassador NES Games, 3D Trailers, Ambassador Certificate. I've also left space between the Game Boy games and the Ambassador NES Games for the Ambassador GBA Games.

On topic, I think this coming update will certainly give me something to enjoy with my 3DS while I eagerly wait another two days for SM3DL. I reckon I'll be able to finish Streetpass Quest 2 straight away with all the Play Coins I got (Maxed at 300).
3D Video Recording will also be great, I can continue my YouTube series... ...In 3D!!

All things witch should of been their since day one. Nintendo I'm tiered of your half assed systems. If it wasn't for paper mario 4 and kingdom hearts DDD, I would trade in the Nindendo 3BS w/o a second thought....Of course if the 3ds gets hacked then my wii would get sold and i would buy a gamecube to keep my mario party games alive. My wii gets used for emulators on the tv, i no longer play wii games.

For $20 you can get an extra wii remote (with motion plus built it) and nunchuck. It isn't that expensive to play an awesome game.

But they are called 'Play coins', not 'mild exercise' coins. Before we had the system in our grubby little hands there was a lot of speculation about the play coins, including the possibility of them being used to obtain downloadable content- rather than just unlocking something that's already on the cart. I used MK7 as an example as it will have it's own channel- maybe indicating that it will be the first game with purchasable DLC to add, stored on system memory....
