look, i like mozzarella, i had it, just as is, before, and it wasnt bad, but 1kilogram / 2 pounds of it is waaaaay to much to just eat as is. id get sick

The human stomach can hold roughly 1.4 kilograms, it shouldn't be a problem to eat it in one sitting, it's not the healthiest thing to do but it should be fine every once in a while.

When I said eat it, I mean just do whatever you want with it, eg slice some for sandwiches, shred for pasta, etc.

This is not a joke, i have loads of mozzarella ( like over 1kg/2 pounds dry) and cant decide what to with it.

id try it. fat is a flavor enhancer and plenty of fat in cheese... so yeah, im sure its really good!
