It's not possible, this is the ioQuake3 port, as well as there's no pad order either.
Gotta be Dreamcast compatible and all that! Sure, ideally everything would be 5P split & dual-screen, but ideally Wii U would've sold 120 million.

I've been testing it and I don't know if it's just the game or me, but the sensitivity of the right sticker is way too high. It's hard for me to aim, even with it set to the lowest. Is there any way to fix that?

It seems to only happen in the Dreamcast/Classic version

It seems to only happen in the Dreamcast/Classic version
You can fix it from the player setup! There's a slider there

I tried it, it improves a little, but even at the lowest setting it's still too fast. I tried other versions of QuakeIII-U and at the lowest setting it's super slow, Only the classic version seems to be super fast
