Current and upcoming, I'd bet.

At least on current you can delay/block it from being installed, but eventually you'll need to install the latest version for newer features and security purposes.

Google Pixel 6a. Had the battery replaced just before Christmas and it's almost as good as new, will last me until Google stop doing security updates for it.

I bought a 6a and it had that problem, but it wasn't eligible so I traded it in for a 10a.

Google released this software update for the 9a, but I really don't care to update it. Such a pointless update for me.

And that's nearly 1.50GB.
