Bought my first Mario games on the Switch. I got Mario & Luigi: Brothership (really liked the Mario & Luigi games) and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (never played the original), but both were $30 off.

Edit: I forgot about Mario RPG technically its my 1st Mario game on the switch

Mint condition PAL NES with NESRGB installed. Just waiting on Everdrive N8 Pro and RetroTINK SNES SCART cable now!

Won't be using this for mining ;)

Valve's Steam Machine being delayed and pricing likely being more than I liked to pay, decided to make my own with the Asrock BC250. Basically a stripped down PS5 APU that was repurposed for mining, but someone got a custom BIOS for it to push higher clock speeds for the GPU and after installing Bazzite and setting up a custom GPU governor it's basically an RX6600 with a 6 core Zen 2 CPU.

3d printed a case, slapped it all together, and $250 for card, PSU, fans, and filament and I've got a Steam Machine of my own.

Haven't done a whole lot of testing on it yet, but I managed to get Black Myth Wukong running at 45-60fps at high settings at 1080p with no problem so should be all around a good 1080p machine.

I also bought a USB cable for the Hyperkin Xbox X91 controller, looks like a SNES controller with analog sticks, but it's just not very comfortable, IMO.

I love my CRKD deck, got the cube one too!

I really like the PAL snes one too but it really should have dark d pad and buttons, like the US one. Might get both and swap em around!

Bought a Switch 2 console the screen is damaged, but I'll be keeping it connected to the TV at all times. Don't really care about handheld mode, the screen doesn't look as good as the Switch OLED.

When the Switch 2 OLED then I'll get that.

Kid got angry with his FIFA game and ended up breaking the screen of his Switch 2 and his phone. Back in the 90's we didn't do that.

The off brand dyson battery stopped working after 3 years so instead buying another one with a questionable mah rating decided to try a tool battery adapter instead since they are the same voltage

Got this:

The buttons on these are plastic than rubber. :)

Hori's Split Pad Pro controllers are great just a shame there's no rumble, but oh well. I've bought a charging grip so hopefully when I attach them to it, and plug the USB to the Switch it may work wired-ly.

No way I'm buying the expensive Hori grip/attachment. Plus, on AliExpress there's an adapter to make Switch 1 Joy-Con controllers compatible with Switch 2 console tablets.

£70 ~ $93 they must be nuts.

I don't know him, but kids who do this deserve to have little to no technology.

My nephew due to getting angry for no reason (autism?) he has cracked the screen of a couple monitors/TVs so most had to be thrown away, except a laptop which has a monitor plugged into it.

I like him when he's calm, but am afraid if he unexpectedly snaps out and there goes another screen.

Andonstar AD210 microscope - bought it on AliExpress and I think that it's a really good microscope for soldering, and I do see myself using this for the future.

How is it? I've been looking for a new microscope to replace the crappy 5" microscope I got a while back.

Pre-ordered Gundam Assemble - Starter Set 01, and expansion packs 4 and 5 to go with it. It's basically a Gundam version of the Warhammer tabletop game.

Bought One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 on Steam. Also bought some new AK Interactive Quick Markers (paint markers for things like Warhammer) to try them out.

It's wonderful. For the past 3 hours or less, I've been using some spare broken boards I had around to mess with; those are for SMD soldering and reflow work. After adjusting the height of the scope and doing some soldering work, I have no complaints. There's plenty of clearance underneath, and nothing gets in the way while I'm working, but you need to keep in mind the two flexible lights, which get really hot if they've been on for a long while, and you do not want to touch those.

I might look into getting one, mostly because of the clearance underneath it. Mine doesn't give me much, and the actual space it magnifies is very small. I was looking at some with HDMI out and was thinking about attaching it to a microphone boom arm so I can move it around more easily.

This one that I'm using can take photos or videos onto microSD cards. It does not have a HDMI out, unfortunately. The videos that it records are up to 1920x1080 at 30FPS; the codec it's using is MJPEG and they're in (.AVI) format so you're not going to see lossless video out of this. At least the quality when recording video is better than taking photos because they look slightly blurry.
