Do you want to know the answer without trying it yourself first? If you’ve already attempted it and it didn’t work, then asking whether it works for others makes sense. But if you haven’t tried, it comes across as avoiding the effort. Is there a reason you haven’t given it a shot yet?

Thank you but I tried and they are not working on my Italian version of Pokémon Leaf Green :

first I create a folder named "01005C7023432000" , inside a folder named "cheats", inside a note file named BB9F6993C7D8588B.txt
Inside this one I put the code to catch Mew like this:

Firstly, you need to find the Italian version of the encounter code. GBA code does not apply to switch, and the switch code format is not that simple just by looking at it here.
You can use the GBA emulator to search for these codes, check the memory to find the surrounding feature codes, record them, and then use memory search tools such as Noxes on the switch to find the location. Then, use the heap location to calculate the pointer address usage.

FR/LG has encryption algorithms that conventional Cheats cannot use. For example, you mentioned x999. This value is encrypted. Why can GBA be used? Because it uses Gameshark code, and Switch does not have Gameshark. I think this is a situation where I am not professional, and I am not sure what the specific reason is.
