I think they were both fan translated eventually, 5 in particular was finished pretty late, doesn't seem like that long ago.

So this isn't an absolute first but an official first, still nice.

The SNES games are literally named Super Bomberman 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
4 and 5 are the ones that were previously Japan only.
