Just to let everyone know regarding Switch 2 controller:

All Switch 2 controllers are now working as a PoC for both USB and BLE in test builds on my discord server. Still some issues to work through, but inputs are mostly functional.

I tested the test build and it does work fine, pairing still a little finicky though.
 
Mission Control supports button remapping - on external controllers. Would it be possible to add button remapping for the native Joy-Cons too, that goes beyong what is possible in HOS?

Ultimately, what I would like to do is remap the stick controls to the d-pad, for Zelda Link's Awakening.

It's possible, sure, and on my to-do list. But there are a bunch of other things I need to tackle first
 
will it be possible to remap R-stick to gyro/motion sensors? since xbox controllers dont have gyro

also xbox controller doesnt pair unless i go to grip order
if it pairs for the 2nd time atmosphere crashes
