I have a problem regarding installing TWiLight Menu++ on my DSi

So I'm currently modding my DSi XL right now, and when trying to install TWiLight Menu++, I run into a problem no matter how many times I try to troubleshoot. Whenever I go into the image viewer to boot up and set up TWiLight Menu++, on the bottom screen it says: "The TWiLight Menu++ files are missing. In order to start TWiLight Menu++, please add the missing files.". The thing is, all of the files are where they're supposed to be on my SD card! Below that message, it says: "If they (the files) already exist, and the message above still appears, then the SD card is formatted in a way that TWiLight Menu++ cannot start.". But my SD card is formatted in Fat32! Someone please help with this. Thanks.

I just used the stock file explorer that windows comes with. Formatting hasn't been a problem when prepping SD cards for modding my consoles in the past.

The stock Windows formatter doesn't correctly format the SD card, regardless of which filesystem is used.

Probably a faulty SD card. Just purchase another, it can be any size as long as its formatted to FAT32.
