Ok dont use 97 as that makes all pokemon disappear. So no mew but I am sure we could go through and find each pokemon by changing the values on the spawns.

i think when i use moves no cooldown, opponent and wild pokemon also has no cooldown too

If you're referring to the quest you get as part of the introduction to side missions, it literally spawns in front of you when you get to where the backpacker is leading you. Turn on guidance for the side mission and you should get a waypoint marker for where he is.

150 → Mewtwo = 00000096 in hexadecimal.

(150 decimal = 0x96 in hex)

Similarly, Ralts is number 280 in the National Pokédex, so
280 decimal = 0x118 in hexadecimal.

Example

(just substitute and it seems to work)

This is exact. I just tried with Charizard and it works, it should be working with all of the Pokemons as long as they are in the game.

In my experience from the old gens, you won't get banned if not used online..I only used shiny+6iv+nature modifier always anyway, to be safe..use cheats offline only

Thanks, I have been trying to catch mewtwo and a few other legendary and cant get them because for some reason my masterball codes have stopped working and they break out unless we have a 100% catch somewhere.

I'm not sure, but this should be the list of all the legendary Pokémon in the game files.

I tried to make Moltres appear, and it showed me eggs instead of the Pokémon, then I tried to teleport and the game wouldn't load anymore.
