Backup save or wait for pkhex. Worst case start over. All items is always a big risk because you also get key items that ruins your save.

For people who are looking for specific items (that aren't Mega Stones, TMs or Key Items), I went through most of the item indexes from previous games and created codes that work in ZA, personally tested to validate they won't corrupt a save: https://github.com/entropiccode/legends_za_item_codes/

Just find the items you're interested it and copy the code into your cheat file, it will work safely regardless of whether you've already found the item or not.
