Hacking Bypass "an update is available" on certain games?

I recently dumped my mario 3D world cartridge into my SD card as a digital game, but now it prompts me to install an update for it. Same with DELTARUNE, even though I installed the update NSP with it.
Yes, I had nintendo's servers blocked the moment I homebrewed the thing, didn't even connect to any other wifi.
And yes I can indeed skip it and cancel it, but it gets really annoying.
I don't even know HOW it detects that it has an update...

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you try the Reset required version in DBI?..

I think I saw something like that, but I have to ask; does that delete anything? Or it just erases the update flag...?

Oh, ok. Sorry, I'm just trying to be really cautious with my Switch (I did pay 350$+ for this after all).

The firmware know all the update available on that firmware, you probably didn't block server communication when you attempted to update the game update.

Wait a minute, I tested with 90DNS and a bunch of green text appeared that had nintendo domains and the word "blocked" beside them. Wasn't that enough?

You should be blocking domains through Atmosphere, not 90DNS
