Is it possible to transfer saves from a banned Switch to a non-banned Switch? If so, how? (With or without homebrew)

Is it possible to transfer save data from a banned Switch to a non-banned Switch? I have a NAND backup from before I started adding any mods and before the first console was banned. The only games' saves I'm looking to transfer are that of Pokemon games like Violet, Shield, and Brilliant Diamond (and maybe Link's Awakening DX, but I think that's it). I'm assuming I'll need to hack the non-banned Switch, but I'm not sure how to actually transfer the saves without WiFi.

What I have:
*A console-banned-from-WiFi Switch1 with all my save data on it, it is V1 with homebrew/Hecate installed.
*A backup of that now-banned Switch1's NAND from before I modded any games.
*A second V1 Switch1 that has not been hacked/modded at all, it is not banned from WiFi. (It has save data from the previous owner still on it, even after he did a system transfer to his own Swithc2).
*A Switch2 of my own, which I intend to transfer my saves to after solving this current problem; I already know how to do this, but it requires WiFi and my original Switch1 can't do it b/c it's WiFi banned).

Possible, yes, doable without get banned no so easy.

on your non-banned console you NEED a way to read the eMMC, you can load the eMMC on NXNandManager and import saves from the backup of the banned one.

As mentioned, it's pretty easy when the unbanned one is easily moddable.

Just get the most minimal homebrew setup, not some mod pack that might contain unsafe patches, config or tools. So atmosphere+fusee, maybe hekate, if you want to be more flexible. This should be mostly safe, I'm running this for years by now for save game backups, sysclk and sysdvr.
Then get jksv and just start the homebrew launcher by running any application via holding R while starting a game. There just run jksv, import the games saves, and then use either the cloud with nso, the save transfer in the settings, or the full data transfer to transfer the saves.
You might need to start some of the games to create savedata, to be able to import it, don't rembert if that was required right now.

Normally there is no need to do the more complicated way, unless you are extremly paranoid, since it's mostly safe to run atmosphere in its stock settings.

Do you know of a guide on how to do this? And what do I need to do with my old console? I have a NAND backup, but I'm not sure if I did that with the eMMC or not. Honestly, I don't even know what an eMMC is right now.

Do you know of any guides on how to do this? Easy method or hard method, whatever is best.
I used Atmosphere and I think Hecate also, but I'm completely unfamiliar with the other terms you used. I remember needing to hold R while launching the album in order to open the Homebrew Launcher, but it's been over a year since I've really done anything with it.

JKSV has had the options to create empty save data for individual games or every game on your system for years. Highlight the user, press X -> Create Save Data for [User] or Create All Save Data for [User]. It's been there since 2020 or 2021? It can also nuke them from the system without needing to go through Nintendo's hand holding baby prompts.

Bringing this up because I was informed recently that this is apparently a new, exciting feature even though I did it years ago...
