Those EBOOTs are converted using psx2psp, which has lower compatibility with VITA POPS.

The best way to convert games not in the shop is `pop-fe`, it is modern, supports all major OS, and have a damm good collection of POPS emulator configuration that makes their convertion one of the best for the converted games to run well on VITA

Suppose I'll check later because I know Dragon Warrior 7, Jade Cocoon and Tiny Tank don't work on the Vita, well not their English versions anyway with PSX2PSP. Then again, they barely worked on PSP unless you were on 3.52 m33-4 with the correct popsloader. That may have changed in later firmwares.
