I see no barrier around any country

the issue is the dev is the one that made it political, not the community. It's a clear example of a person can be great at a skill and a shitty person all at the same time.@Blehstor
This is not the place to debate politics, I will leave it at that.
The dev (a russian guy) stopped translating as a way to protest against the commercial and cultural block the world put over Russia when the war with Ukraine started. And later versions also include a bomb to brick consoles if you compile your own translation without removing the malicious code.
As Hayato213 mentioned, 658 was the last version officially supporting a foreign language.
I checked the GitHub and it hasn't been updated for 6months, is it still actively being developed?https://github.com/ITotalJustice/sphaira/ you don't need anything else.
Sphaira? Last update was two weeks ago https://github.com/ITotalJustice/sphaira/releases/tag/0.12.0I checked the GitHub and it hasn't been updated for 6months, is it still actively being developed?

I don't know what repo are you looking in:I checked the GitHub and it hasn't been updated for 6months, is it still actively being developed?
I just stated facts and my confusion on russian "supremacy" as a language to make some sort of point.@Blehstor
Obviously, like most Westerners, I am well aware of the European (and global) geopolitical situation.
As democrats, we can only support Ukraine.
We are not against the Russian people, but against their imperialist leader who still believes he is in the era of Tsarist conquests.
He has supporters and opponents among his own people.
It's up to the Russians to open their eyes.

Exactly this. That's the issue I have with it. None of us like the current situation, but we have as little control over what our governments do as he does over what his government does. Blaming the entire world because some higher ups decided that trade bans are a good idea is just adding to an already bad situation. My issue is that the people he's holding DBI from have nothing to do with, or have any control with what goes on in russia's politics. We are all just a bunch of geeks that wanna play games. It's not like a leader of a country is going to go "oh no, he stopped putting dbi in english, we better stop fighting guys". It just seems very mis-targetted and I wonder if there really is something else going on.
Unless you fully decompile it to check for its code, no one really knows. I'd be skeptical though considering its dev.Is it okay to use even if it's in russian?
Yep, it's completely OK.Is it okay to use even if it's in russian?

Cause it's sucks. Why not use TinFoil?

For me I think it’s slow and hella clunky to useWow, I never knew. I’ve been using it forever, on my Switch. It works great. I know the devs don’t like each other. I thought there might be a better reason.
Why does it suck?
OH, I saw some videos of DBI in action. I'll try it out.

Oh, I find Tinfoil on the home screen is nice. I guess I can have a forwarder for DBI as well. Then again, maybe some programs are better "hidden" in the homebrew menu. So kids don't select the wrong thing. Though only updating Switch firmware has been the issue. I wish I could hide that. lolFor me I think it’s slow and hella clunky to use
Also its forced install to the home menu is stupid.
ACID is a small signature protected header inside of exefs partitions.
Tinfoil uses an unsafe method to install corrupt XCI files, this requires ACID patches.
Basically Tinfoil is junk and blawar refuses to fix his installer, so he just blocks out a perfectly working Bootloader/Repack.
The applet nro doesn't install anything to the home menu. For me I think it’s slow and hella clunky to use
