In this thread I read "Trump is good/bad", "Iran is good/bad", "Israel is good/bad" but there isn't "good" or "bad" in war - everything is bad and lost. There isn't only good or bad in human condition. This is a simplicistic dualistic thinking that is wrong.
There is only the power, and someone who wants it. Israel (not the US People who elect it) dominates the US Congress with AIPAC lobby. BRICS want a multi-polar world while the US wants to be the only one to rule the world, but the world is no more the same as it was after the WW2: now there are more powerful, military and economically, Countries such as PRC.
And we, the people, are only pawns for them - if we, the public opinion are not by their part, they release mass media indoctrination to change public opinion: Iran does not have the atomic bomb, just like Iraq had nothing of what Colin Powell lied about.
Iran's islamic regime isn't a good one - Iran was very different before the islamic revolution - but Israel (a State which has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty) is responsible for having started this war, and because Israel is weaker than it thought it was and it has been bombed by Iran, now (for the above reason) the USA are forced to intervene.
And for Iran could be a disaster like it was for Iraq, Libia and Siria - all Western failures in "export democracy".
There is only one thing that we, the People, can do: pray and shout for peace
