switch can't boot

Hello, I made my switch chipped by a professional a few days ago, Yesterday I left my switch on standby and since today it has discharged and won't turn on anymore. The picofly chip sometimes reacts but not always (it lights up blue then flashes green). I made the mistake of formatting my SD card in exFAT, so I quickly redid the formatting in fat32, being sure to have replaced the atmosphere, bootloader and payload.bin files. Even with that the switch does not turn on
If someone can help me with this problem i would be delighted. (:

24 hours later it still doesn't work

I'll try it again when I wake up tomorrow. Do you think that it can be a corrupted emummc issue ?
