I've always booted using TegraRCMGUI and fusee.bin via USB. It doesn't even talk about fusee.
That is exaclty
"as usual"
the way you always do it; for unpatched consoles there are several ways to inject the payload.

Any «special» fusee IS NOT SUPPORTED AND YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM IT IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT CHANGES THAT FUSEE HAVE.

Today, The «primary fusee» is called just fusee. The fuse secondary WAS RENAMED to Package3

I'm just trying to avoid breaking things that have already been installed
Most «installed and working fine» things WILL BREAK ON AN UPGRADE, that is why you must to remove all sysmodules, themes and mods BEFORE upgrading the firmware, and reinstall the most recent version of each when they support the new firmware.

Hello everyone. I have 8 NSP files: one is the base game (v0), the second is the latest update, and the remaining six are DLCs. How can I extract all of them at once to get a single merged romfs folder, as if everything has already been combined together?

I still haven’t managed to get this working. When someone has the time, could you please take a look at the config file?

What I’m trying to achieve is for the uploaded screenshots and videos to be automatically separated and posted in their respective game channels on Discord.

I found out what I was doing wrong — I needed to use the 32-character title ID instead of the 16-character one in [title_settings].

For example:

Kernel panic code. Sadly, my knowledge about that is limited and only time I've encountered it was on Hekate 6.2.x, not sure which. A certain firmware update was released and launching Atmosphere's package3 via Hekate's FS00 didn't work on Erista units. Thankfully, it was fixed rather quickly.

Other than backing up and removing atmosphere and bootloader folders on your SD cards and getting fresh Atmosphere and Hekate builds from their Github pages and trying to boot into emuMMC again, I don't know what else you could try.

You can, however, since you're using sys-patch, just push the latest fusee.bin payload and see if that will work. You don't have to boot into Atmosphere from Hekate (although it would be nice to fix the blue screen issue).

@impeeza, @Hayato213, any solution that you could suggest?
(Sorry for disappearing, got kinda frustrated and had to take a break from the Switch for a few days)

Somehow, it seems like OFW is working just fine now, and I’m able to redownload and play my old games with no problem.
Though, trying to switch to CFW still gets me the blue screen. I also see that my Switch seems to be on firmware 20.0.1 now when originally it was on 19.0.0 when I got it back in the mail (I probably accidentally updated it while trying to reinstall Atmosphere and so on).

I know you said your knowledge on this kind of thing is limited, but do you think that might be causing the blue screen problem? Along with just getting another SD card with more space, should I just wait for another Atmosphere update too?

Hopefully the wait won’t be too long.

Sorry @Littlebluepoodle can you explain to me how you accidentally updated your Switch, because if you don't go into settings and system update,it will hardly do it automatically.

To be 100% honest with you, I haven’t the faintest clue of HOW that actually happened.
I have zero memory of ever manually and purposely updating it, I just know that upon wiping everything from my current SD card and starting over from scratch using the guide that was suggested to me, I see that OFW works fine now, but now CFW doesn’t.

For a bit of context, originally after getting my Switch back in the mail from having it modded, I struggled with downloading some NSP game files to my Switch due to ‘Files too big for download’ errors I kept getting. Totally clueless on how to fix the problem and going through Reddit, I was told to wipe everything and start over with a guide a commenter provided me. Using that guide, I reinstalled everything like it said, but I still got the same error, and now OFW wasn’t working (switching to OFW would just shut off my switch entirely). No one ever got back to me on how to solve the problems I was having.

So, looking for help on here now, Blythe93 suggested using this guide which restored OFW to a working state, but now trying to use CFW through selecting ‘launch Atmosphere PKG3 emuMMC’ just gets me a blue screen.

That’s when I noticed the system had been entirely updated, yet I haven’t the faintest clue of how it got that way. I assume I might have stumbled somewhere during the whole process (Still an absolute beginner with Switch modding. Totally a noob in all this, as I thought switching modding would be the same as 3DS modding, and I’m learning pretty fast that it isn’t).

Hactool and hactoolnet are your tools.

Another VERY QUICK way is to install them on your console and use NX-DumpTool, DBI, Goldleaf or similiar to dump the romfs to a folder on the sd card or to send to PC via USB.

Before creating emuMMC, some guides state that you should do two things on sysMMC:

1. Download any title from the Eshop (like YouTube)
2. set the Switch as primary console for an Account

For No.1 I guess this targets Title Takeover for HB Apps and could also be achieved by simply installing anything via DBI or alike. Right?

For No.2 I have no clue… can anyone explain the reason?

For legal purchased content, on non primary console it will check for authentication to run the software.

Thanks, I see.

This covers following situation, right?

UserX is on his primary console. UserX owns SoftwareX.
User wants to start this Software on emuMMC, where Nintendo Servers are blocked.

For sysMMC use this should not matter at all, right?

Depending on if you want to link a nintendo account to your switch. It is not necessary to link a Nintendo account, you can basically run applet mode through album to install a homebrew menu nsp to allow you to run in full ram mode.

Can I softmod a Switch V1 with a broken screen if everything else is working without replacing said screen?
Yes, you put all needed sofware on the SD card, the only thing, you will no be able to boot on NYX to create a EmuNAND, so the easy way you will find yourself on CFW of your SYSNAND.

Can I copy over the emuMMC from my modded V2?
No directly, the *NANDs are encrypted with the own console keys, so a nand from a console will not work on another console without modification, There is a proccess where you can convert a NAND from a console to be used on another one, but I can not find it just now.
