No problem, that’s okay. Do you think you could make a plugin that the Pro Controller could be used as the Gamepad for Gamepad-only games like Splatoon, Paper Mario, Batman Arkham City and Mario & Sonic 2016? I don’t mind playing with the gamepad but it would be nice to use the Pro Controller.
The Pro Controller likely wouldn't work for games like Batman and Paper Mario due to their heavy reliance on touch controls. (No idea why you can't just all use Wiimotes in Mario & Sonic either)

Pinball Arcade on the other hand has zero reason to not support Pro and Classic Controllers. I blame whoever did the port - the attention to detail on the tables is the exact opposite of lazy.

Latest version has added Skylander Creation - it was the most simple addition and will hopefully provide the blueprint for Lego Dimensions and Disney Infinity too
Did you solve the slow navigation problem in the plugin or implement a search function maybe? Just curious, because I didn't find the change log for the 0.4.0 version. Thanks for your great work

This is an excellent job. Continue progressing and this will be great! I tried it myself, and it works great! And to think that I’d thought I’d need a physical portal emulator to do something similar. This is a better solution.

I wanted something like this so bad around 10 years ago.
Still nice to have it now, thank you! :)

hi where are the files for it i wanna test it out thanks
Hi all, first post here but I just wanted to share a project that I have been working on, temporarily titled re_nsyshid. Similar UI to re_nfpii (thanks to the creator for allowing me to repurpose some code)

You can find it here on the homebrew app store, or here on github.

It's an Aroma Plugin that allows you to use software to emulate USB Portal devices like the Skylanders Portal of Power, the Disney Infinity Base, and in future also hopefully the Lego Dimensions Toypad and Kamen Rider Summonride Ride Gate!

The theory is simple, I use some WUPS override methods to replace the nsyshid.rpl system library, and via the config menu you can turn Emulation on and off, meaning you can switch between using a real USB device or an emulated device (prior to starting a game), and you can also choose which device you want to emulate (currently only the Portal of Power and Infinity Base).

I have added some simple screenshots below, but please use the tool if you are interested and let me know what you think!

In game, waiting for Skylander:

Hi I can’t seem to be able to put my dumps anywhere? I have the plug-in but doesn’t have a separate folder jist a document?

Character creation is still in progress, I have been quite busy so haven't had much spare time to look in to this but hopefully this month I can get something in :)
Hey it's been a few months, just wanted to see if there's been any luck with this?

If you could get a search option also to look for a specific file rhen that would be great!

For anyone who is interested in this thread still - I have a draft PR here which turns the plugin in to an HTTP server, meaning you can setup a local webpage and interact with the plugin instead of needing to navigate to the plugin menu everytime you want to load/remove/create figures on the different emulated USB devices!

This will hopefully work as what you need as well!

Lego Dimensions is - as a noob - a tough nut to crack here. Can this create tag dumps or is it just an emulator? If it's the latter, I'd need to hook it into something that can create dumps.

Unfortunately I don't quite understand how to utilize this & how it translates into being able to generate additional figures, vehicles, etc. Could you please explain? (or better yet, provide a tutorial)

The beta version I posted has some creation capabilities, but if you need to immediately create dumps you can use RPCS3 or Cemu (which is also my code) and they both have the ability to create dumps
