It's just a regular font that @verypedro found. These are images, not text, so they can't be easily edited. I don't remember the exact font right now, but I'll check for you!oh, yeah emulator, i was tryna use actual hardware

Yo my badWhen's the next patch coming? Just curious.
. Got kinda busy and lazy last couple days. Definitely gonna be one tomorrow, so count on it!nah, its fine, the amount of effort you're putting into this in the first place is crazy. No need to apologise.Yo my bad. Got kinda busy and lazy last couple days. Definitely gonna be one tomorrow, so count on it!
Well, the people are hungry, and I'd like to document my progress throughout the project, so I don't mind releasing small patches. Everyone deserves to experience this game the same way I am. Also, I'm just one man (plus a translator who is currently inactive and busy) working on this, so it isn't exactly an industry productionThank you for this titanic translation project, but wouldn't it be better if you released a complete patch instead of small patches?
. So releasing just one final patch would actually take a lot longer than having people enjoy what I'm done with every step of the way.
It definitely works on real hardware, but just doesn't work on an R4. You will need to install twilightmenu++ in order to play it on real hardware. If you're worried whether or not it works, it definitely does, as I've tried it myself. Will the translation ever be able to be played on real hardware (like an R4)? I heard it doesn't work on real hardware because the ARM9 file is unpacked.
Well, I took a quick look at the rom, and found where the text is. Sadly, it would seem that there are no english characters in the font, so that would need to be added. Sadly again, I have no clue where the font is. I also have no clue where the images are, so gonna have to find those too. But looking at how the text is put in the game, it seems that it won't be too hard to edit the text itself hopefully.Hi, been following the updates for months now and it's looking really good and exciting, looking forward to when it's all said and done.
Got a question tho, is there any possibility to translate Dr Slump for DS after this translation ends?
There's no one on the internet that put any hands on that game, and could be sick to translate and preserve in other languages the last game of dr slump, i could help with the graphics if done, i'm a concept artist with experience in pixel art games (ds, gba and so) and would like to help if it could be done.
I'M WORKING ON IT, OK!!! It'll be out soon dw about itGood morning, when will the next patch be released?
. Finishing it up now!No I did not. Sadly, it doesn't fit, so I had to make due with just dragon ballu forgot the "KAI"View attachment 506289
