With that said... I concede. The M S 1 3 was digitally added. And I Am pissed about it. And I don't believe for a second that Trump did it himself. I DO question, whether he told someone to do it, or if someone did it and told him the lie.

The mother and father couldn't arrange anything because ICE cut the line the minute one of them spoke about getting a lawyer, to figure out how to keep the kid with the father/arrange shit...
So sure, if we want to assume she signed it, she signed without essentially any legal council because what else are you going to do? Dump the kid on the street, get charged for reckless endangerment of a child? (completely ignoring that you know, it's their fucking kid) Hope that the husband knows where she was, and where the kid is?

Additionally, last time I checked, Trump and his admin is claiming they signed it, when there isn't any actual signed documents from them, showing they did so. Which there should be a paper trail to follow

What you said after this is essentially explaining how he's doing exactly what you claim he's not doing.
If the end result is a 2 year-old citizen is forcefully removed from the country, I think that's enough to justify the outrage, and that's clearly what's happening here even if it's the effect of this child's parents being removed from the country. The child is still a US citizen being effectively deported without due process, and it's bad enough that the parents are being deported without due process anyway.

The US Constitution does not only apply when you like the things it does, and does not only apply to who you would like for it to.

It's on them if they decide not to show. My mother was an immigrant. Now a naturalized citizen. Did things right, and by the law. These asshats get no sympathy from me.
