Damn
But why?
It can be used to animate stuff like vintage photos or make a realistic versions of fictional characters.
I have a bit, but posting images here may cause them to be removed with a "not an imageboard" comment/excuse.

I feel any artists can do that for you, or have done it already (respectfully)It can be used to animate stuff like vintage photos or make a realistic versions of fictional characters.

It’s overused, too much of a reliance is a bad thingI'm not against AI stuff but I'll never stop caring about real artists. AI art is not something I'd use on a personal project for example.
A job lost is still a job lost, in the name of progression. Kind of like how manufacturing jobs got sent overseas, so if any manufacturing jobs were to be return to the USA, it probably won't be humans working them, instead AI android will probably work them, thus still a job lost.Automation eliminated borderline empty, busy placeholders. If the BEST you could learn and gitgud at is taking simple, direct directions and hitting a button on an impact driver......you weren't REALLY in automotive industry. And otherwise, hot rodding is hotter than EVER now with lazy, rich TikTak kidz willing to shell 100s to have that awesome rod they can't even drive.

Anyone good at ACTUAL CNC still has a job, but just watching a factory line as a foreman, you still need to know how to fix shit when it breaks. Again, you gotta gitgud with the times because there will definitely become a time we won't need mere monkeys anymore.A job lost is still a job lost, in the name of progression. Some people say, you have to adapt or be left behind, sadly it seems to be true.
Yes, I think you have basically reinforced my second statement. Just replace "monkeys" with "artist" in your last post. What if AI gets too good where artist is no longer required anymore?Anyone good at ACTUAL CNC still has a job, but just watching a factory line as a foreman, you still need to know how to fix shit when it breaks. Yeano. Idea and style are too organic, but no one really cares about anyone but the best.Yes, I think you have basically reinforced my second statement. Just replace "monkeys" with "artist" in your last post. What if AI gets too good where artist is no longer required anymore?
Also CNC is a form of automation, shouldn't be impossible to replace human to do maintenance task perhaps in the future, when AI gets even better. Although the CNC programmer jobs maybe protected, time will tell if AI can actually take over at some point.
What would happen if AI gets to the point or beyond the point of Singularity? Then humans would not be needed, perhaps be their pet?

Nah. Colleges were NEVER about the degrees, unless you did real subjects like eng. Colleges were ALWAYS about interning with the faculty ASAP to basically bullshit work exp well before you get your paper as well as fac rec letters, assuming your profs and researchers weren't absolute nobodies.

Still, to the people who did tried, the success means nothing nowNah. Colleges were NEVER about the degrees, unless you did real subjects like eng. Any other reason of going was and is a complete waste of money and time.

Getting a paper that says you can read, is absolutely no measure of succass. Masters or PhD thesis IS a measure of how well you can actually apply what you supposedly learned.Still, to the people who did tried, the success means nothing now

It’s hard work thoGetting a paper that says you can read, is absolutely no measure of succass. Masters or PhD thesis IS a measure of how well you can actually apply what you supposedly learned.

but it typically has NOTHING to show for you being able to apply what you learned to real life projects. It’s hard work tho

To be a good hunter, you HAVE to KNOW KNOW your prey, or you'll never catch it. That'll hold true forever and a day. AI gives you like, a fancy rifle to shoot with, and tips from other morons who have NO idea what they're tracking down.I don't care if you're not an artist or knowledgeable on some other topic. Grab a pen and learn. Sure as hell you aren't going to get any value out of stealing from the freeloader student. Don't copy just because it's "easy". Maybe it's easy, but it is wrong and the quality of everything you do is going to suffer. If you've gotta trace art for a bit or use bits from other people's research (crediting them of course) then do that. It'll still be better than AI, and you will learn and become better in the process.
