ROM Hack Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition Switch Restoration Possible?

I wanted to have this up since the game releases next Thursday/physical copies and rom have leaked, so Is anyone planning to look into restoring/uncensoring the switch version when it releases? Yes I know the Switch releases of the Definitive Edition version is censored worldwide, but what i'm wondering is if it's possible to at least restore the original outfits that were present in the JP WiiU release of the game, maybe even restoring the breast slider stuff besides the outfits. The only thing I assume would be hard/ impossible would be the dialogue changes that were made to the NA WiiU release and will be used in the Switch Version coming out next Thursday?

Maybe, if someone is interested enough in doing it. Xeno games modding has made strides in the last few months and nude mods became possible, for example.

I'm hoping to find vestiges of the old chest slider somewhere in there. As long as the NPCs are created with a similar method to the original, it should still be there for the player. Just not editable. For the Wii U version we could edit it in ram and it would save to the save file, so we'll have to see.

I feel like it's VERY possible, because it just makes more sense to use the same system for scaling character bodies as the original and porting over all the values.

Are the file structure similar on wii u and switch?

No idea if they are similar, but im sure its kind of possible, there was one made for BOTW and MK8

Having a glimpse into the game now, I can say it is impossible to simply swap wiiU files with xcx:de. The resolution is different. At least no one right in his mind would do the work to make them compatible. It's easier to do the editing of the texture files oneself.
So eventually their will be custom decensored mods and nude mods. By the way the last ones are easier since many models of the bikini suits in the data files of the wiiu (and most certainly the switch) were almost nude to begin with and only "wore" the cloth on top.

Save compatibility is also doubtful. The game has changed to much (e.g. different missions and story progression).

The breast slider, as far as I can tell from crawling through the bdata, was or at least had some parts in the sb files. Because of missing tool capable of reading/editing these files I can't say anymore.
I doubt though that it still exists as the whole CC UI is brand new. That does not mean there won't be a cheat for it like xcxgecko.

Overall I have to say the game really has improved on almost all ends. You won't be missing much.

Its just sad that nintendo's "switch online policy" now forces you to buy an online subscription for the online part of the game.

the remaster based on the EU/ WEST VERSION. u cant nothing restore what not exist and i play it since 4 days u dont have any breast option only body increase - decrease thats all drawf or giant

How on earth do you think it's not possible? Only played console games? People have completely turned one game into a totally different one for example Warhammer 40,000 total conversion mod of fallout 3...changed everything in the game to be a whole other intellectual property even including dialogue and missions...a bewba slider is 2 hours work lol.
