So yeah, game has released now, but it won't run. Error when running. When I installed it via DBI it said ES sigpatches missing.

I have updated them using the links around the forum, but it still didn't fix it. Also the sys-patch.

Do you know what might be missing? Should I reinstall the game?

Try with this sys-patch (pretty much the same as this one). Make sure to reboot afterwards and reinstall the problematic game with the latest DBI which is in Russian only.
You can check whether sys-patch is working properly by checking its logs in by pressing L + D-pad down + R analog stick.
It's installing a 2nd time now. If it fails again, I'll try with those.

Edit: Perfect, it worked this time (no need for those files). Must have been one of the previous updates I did.

it's going to be posted on gbatemp front page once it happens, and a helpful member of staff might even help you find it by hinting at names of websites that have it
I'm glad I didn't rely on the forum lol. I've been playing for 3h now and still not posted.

That's why you want user generated communities. Quick chat ones ideally.

this is a user-generated community lol

go make a news post on it if you want there to be one and you think it wasn't there fast enough

Hey there! 😃
I followed the instructions in the pinned megathread on an switch subreddit, but I’m still facing the issue that my CFW won’t boot. I can only access Hekate or OFW. I also updated my OFW as described in the thread, but without success. Could you possibly tell me where my mistake might be? I updated to OFW 14.1.2 and would like to upgrade my CFW to the latest version. Thanks in advance for all your tips!

Sorry for the dumb question recently try to install the new Xenoblade Chronicles X it's always say "The software was closed because an error occurred".

This only happens on this game everything else is working
i did try different dumps (3 different places in 3 different formats)
I did try dbi to check if the files are corrupted (they are not)

What should be my next step sorry i only have few days on this comunity.

Do you have the latest sys-patch? Other than that, I'm not sure what else might be a problem.
I haven't tested the game yet but one of the XCI files I've downloaded has the 1.0.1 update as well and NxFileViewer, despite passing the integrity check, listed a couple of these errors:
Code:
Failed to open content of NCA section «0»: Unable to decrypt NCA section.
Key Type: Common
Key Name: key_area_key_application_12
Not sure if that has anything to do with that issue seeing that other users were successful in installing the game. The rest of the files I've found floating around were sadly "corrupted": some of them were converted NSPs and one XCI without an update, therefore modified and "corrupted". Also, if you've installed the converted NSP files, you should remove the update or reinstall the game without the update it as the update doesn't work properly.

That was my first though and yes i am running the latest version.
All my other games are running like a charm (120+ games installed so far) The only one who doesn't is the new Xenoblade.

your file must be wrong or you have bad or missing keys, because mine reads fine

missing keys
This. I forgot to replace the old ones with new ones when I updated NxFileViewer. Thanks a lot!

Are you on latest firmware/Atmosphere? Did you check if sys-patch actually works properly? Opened up the Tesla menu and checked the logs, made sure that everything necessary is turned on?

If so, I'd try removing the game, removing the unused tickets via DBI and try reinstalling the game. Go with the latest Russian-only version. Make sure to reboot at least once, just so that any changes you make to the sys-patch apply on boot.

If that doesn't help, I'm not sure what else you can do to make it work. :/

So just for the sake of trying to understand what is going on i did check the other Xenoblade games (all of them work) and regarding the Tesla menu that is what i see:

version 1.5.6-7-aaba2
Fw Version - 19,0,1
ams - 18.0
ams keygen 18

FS:2 options unpatched (Red)
ldr Patched (orange)
es3 Patched (orange)
nim Patched (Green)
SSL 3 options patched (Green)

Hi
Trying to install DLC using dbi mtp responder - getting "signature invalid" for all dlc I have tried , for different games.
Have most current hats and english dbi.

Hello, I’m having issues with my Nintendo Switch CFW. A few months ago, I installed a modchip on my Switch. Recently, my SD card started malfunctioning, so I had to replace it because my Switch wouldn’t boot.

I can launch Hekate with the new SD card and went through the setup process, but my Switch is still having problems. When I try to boot into CFW, I get a "pkg2 read failed" error. If I try to boot via Fusee.bin, I get an "invalid GPT signature" error.

When I first installed the chip, both partitions of the Switch worked perfectly. However, after updating the firmware (if I remember correctly), the original system stopped working, and only CFW was functional.

Now that I had to replace my SD card, I no longer have backups of my emuMMC, BOOT0, or BOOT1. I tried restoring the eMMC RAW GPP, but since I don’t have a backup, I’m stuck.

I need help—my Switch is practically unusable. :(

I have an OLED Switch I'm working on that seemed to have previous water damage, when I got it still was pulling 0.46 amps, but never showed a battery symbol on screen or powered up. I tested around to see if there was anything related to the IC chips but didn't find any obvious shorts, which left me clueless as of where to go. I swapped the usb port & m92 just to be sure that the charging amperage I was seeing wasn't a false positive, but alas I'm left with the same outcome. The 3v3v, & 1.8v seem okay, so it left me thinking that possibly the nand, apu or ram were blame.

While inspecting around the board I found these ripped/corroded pads near the nand. So basically my question is are they related to the nand or some other chip that is needed to start the system or show anything on screen? Any help would be greatly appreciated

What's the best way to install split XCI files? Do I need to combine them somehow? I'm using Awoo and Tinwoo, not sure if they have built in tools that aid with that.

EDIT: I'm going to try NS-USBloader but if there's a better way, please do let me know

I didn't update my v1 unpatched switch since 2020 I modded it and it was working fine , I was using atmosphere only, I didn't use Hekate, i didn't care about getting banned from nintendo , today I decided to update the firmware , I removed atmosphere and decided to update using Nintendo official update menu from the switch , after updating my switch it won't turn on and when I keep pressing the power button nintendo logo appear then nothing happens , I tried putting the switch in RCM mode but I didn't succeed, is it possible to fix my switch or is it forever gone ?

Ps, After countless tries I finally could boot into Hekate , what should I do next ?

I'm doing my first OLED, can someone confirm if they've seen this chip and if it works or not? I'm mildly suspicious because I had to insert the programmer upside-down.
