WII U crashes

Hi !
Since 1 month im playing with my console and today when i wanted to play but the game crashed, i restarted the console but got the same problem.

Then i change the game to try another one, the console acted like if there was no disk in there.
When I restart it the game is shown but this one also crash.
Moreover when i try to go to settings it also crash.

Is it a known problem is there any way to get logs or something like that I can give you more information about that and you may help me ?

I precise that I've never hacked my console or something, I got official OS and official games.

The screen is freezing, i cant do anything the only thing i can do is shut it down by pressing the button ~5seconds or by unpluging it
When it crashes on my game, the music is stopped but when it crashes in the settings the music is still playing infinitely

If you can get to the Internet browser, then you might be able to do it without UDPIH.

Or is it that just every app crashes when you try to launch it? If so does it crash still in the menu or already on the Splash screen if the game? Oh e would indicate a bad wifi module, the other a bad Bluetooth module

About this, im not even using internet connection on the console, i didnt try every app but my game and the settings are crashing so i was like "ok every thing crashes" but ill try the internet browser rn

Hm the browser won't be of much use, if you didn't configure the Internet connection.

You also don't need to try everything. Where exactly does it freeze?

Yeah you're right, i didnt configure it and i cant access to the settings, i didnt think about that lmao
For the settings app, it crashes on the screen on this image (i took it from a yt video thats why there's the red bar below) but the music of the settings is still playing

And for my game, it is charging like 30sec and then the music stops and the screen is blocked on the charging screen

Hi @SDIO ! I'm back, i dumped logs on my SD card now i got 99 log files, wich one is the latest bc the dates of the first file and the last are the same and are from 2018 (not the date of the file but the date writed in the first line)

you can get that from the meta.bin. It's a binary file, containing the number of logs written. If you do a mod 100 on that value you get the numbe rof the log. But the easies would be if you just upload all logs including the meta.bin

I think i get 000110101101 in this file, I send a .rar with the logs folder with the message
I'm not sure but if mod means modulo here then i think i get the number 29 with the calcul tell me if im wrong

I opened the 29.log file and the date corresponds to the 30/01, the same day I posted a message here so i think it is the first day i had the problem. I dont if it is normal to just get the 30/01 and not later bc i tried to use my console since this day but thats it

I don't see anything obvious in the logd hinting at anything. Just to make sure, does it also happen without USB and SD?

If you want you can try setting up redNAND just to test, but I don't see how it would help.

No i never use USB devices on my console and i also dont use SD card

and idk what redNAND is, is it verey useful or not that much ?
