As in what 'flashcard' do you have? As I have stated, pics of the flashcart are needed so that I can identify what card you have in particular, as there are so many out there.

No. That is definitely not what I meant. A 'flashcart' is an R4 card that goes into the gameslot of your DS. It is NOT an SD card.

If you're launching TWiLight Menu++ from the applet on the HOME Menu, try re-installing TWiLight Menu++ by following the instructions here: https://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/installing-3ds
Otherwise, make a backup of your SD card, reformat it and then reinstall TWiLight Menu++ to see if that makes any difference.
Just read my advice, it shouldn't be that difficult to perform. Anyhow, I hope this will work for you, do let me know if you encounter any problems and make sure to go into great detail about what is going on.
