Can you elaborate on this method more? I have Garc tool and when I select the folder "romFS" in the luma folder it just "unpacks" the file and leaves it in the folder I selected the file in.

I've just made some xDelta patches for Star Sapphire 1.1 to add Reisyukaku's Bust May Mod. Just download xDelta GUI and add the patch that you want to Star Sapphire 1.1's cia, which can be found on that iso site on a thread called "Pokemon 3DS hacks collection"
. (None of this patches work on the original Pokemon Alpha Sapphire cia)
The original Star Sapphire 1.1's cia's MD5 is this one: f2c9380e1a34676f38af3c88a5f61789
(MD5 of the uncompressed cia file, not the zip file)

how and where did you get the model?View attachment 264024 I Did It
You need xdelta:So... uh, can anyone tell me how you actually install this patch? I already have a .3ds and .cia of the star sapphire rom, but I don't know what I'm suppossed to do with the xdelta file
Just to be sure here, the patch file is the xdelta and for the source and output file i should just choose the star sapphire .cia file, right?Unzip xdelta to a directory. Put the CIA with the same MD5 as the one mentioned in the original post in the same directory as xdelta, and the patch. Run xdeltaUI.exe(which is a front end for xdelta.exe so it needs to be in the directory as well). Just fill in the files it asks for and hit "Patch".
Thank you. Unfortuately it seems like my .cia file has the wrong md5 :/ Do you have any tips on how to get the right version? I do already have a normal alpha sapphire cartridge and a 3ds with custom firmware, if that's necessary. In the Command Prompt on Windows:
certutil -hashfile <file> MD5
it has changed by now, you can replace any model without it mattering if it has less or more vertices than the originalif I recall correctly the person that did the mod on the model said that the overwold model doesn't have enough polys to work with and at that time they couldn't add new ones only edit what was there. no idea if this has changed by now.
Uhhhh where did it go?Everyone: I took the files and made them into a romfs patch here: https://filetrip.net/dl?d6zeQAo0J7
Just use lumas patching to use it.
can you help me man?Just an update: There is a Luma 3ds Drag and Drop Patch version for the Busty May Mod for both Rutle Ruby and Star Sapphire on "that one iso site" that's up now. The Omega Ruby one actually has the textures in Red instead of Blue to match gaming theme for those who want to play on 3ds and 2ds.
Really? What changed?it has changed by now, you can replace any model without it mattering if it has less or more vertices than the original
Please give patched .cia to romhack websites. So much easier that way.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I haven't patched physical games before, but according to this post, the xDelta patch this mod is packaged in is specifically intended for use on the ROM file itself, so you'd be better off dumping your cart, patching the resulting ROM, and then installing that digitally; or acquiring either the vanilla ROM or a pre-patched version through ‘other means.’Can someone help me with downloading this mod? I'm pretty new to 3DS hacking and I don't understand how to patch it.
I have the ZDelta, the patch, but I can't locate the source file. My copy of Alpha Sapphire is a physical cartridge, btw.
Would mean a lot if someone could help me.
