If they could stop vague posting and just post the fw to the testers already... but I guess they wait for OpenMIG for that.UnlockSwitch should have posted "Thank you Mario! But our princess is in another castle!".

You can't really know for sure unless it's brand new unopened.Question: How do I know or find out if a used or unopened copy I bought has been dumped before?
Well, that's just great. Russia just single-handedly killed the second-hand market. You can't really know for sure unless it's brand new unopened.

Yea, "Russia"Well, that's just great. Russia just single-handedly killed the second-hand market.![]()
Oh, sure. Don't take a serious situation seriously.Yea, "Russia" View attachment 476193 did.
I take it seriously, I just don't believe MIG is really Russian. Just a ploy to keep big N off the trail.Oh, sure. Don't take a serious situation seriously.
Okay, understandable. But they still dealt a blow to the used game market and gave me an unhealthy case of paranoia.I take it seriously, I just don't believe MIG is really Russian. Just a ploy to keep big N off the trail.
Yea it is unfortunate. I have not yet heard of anyone buying a used game getting banned, only people who use the online public dumps, if that makes you feel any better. But sadly when you buy used, you don't really know if its been dumped or not.Okay, understandable. But they still dealt a blow to the used game market and gave me an unhealthy case of paranoia.
Probably doesn't help your paranoia much but the odds of little Timmy from Facebook marketplace having a niche cartridge dumper is fairly lowOkay, understandable. But they still dealt a blow to the used game market and gave me an unhealthy case of paranoia.
I don't have a printer but public libraries will usually helpCould anyone here print me out a game case insert for the MIG and mail it to me? I’ll pay ya
(I really don’t want to buy a printer and ink lol)
I live in the middle of nowhere in the mountains the closest library is over an hour away unfortunatelyI don't have a printer but public libraries will usually help
There are online services that print and post to you. I recently used Treatstock and got a very small simple print sent to me for like 7 quid including postage. Looks like treatstock.com for US, I used .co.ukI live in the middle of nowhere in the mountains the closest library is over an hour away unfortunately
Hmm maybe I’m high and missed something sorry if so!There are online services that print and post to you. I recently used Treatstock and got a very small simple print sent to me for like 7 quid including postage. Looks like treatstock.com for US, I used .co.uk
When googling 3D printing services you have to work your way past the ones that are intended for higher volume rather than a single small print, and have minimum order amounts, to find something like the above that will do a tiny cheap order.
Oh I'm the one who misread then, sorry, and I'm not even highHmm maybe I’m high and missed something sorry if so!
But I’m looking for a 2d cover insert(maybe that’s the wrong word) like the games actual cover art with the front and back that slips into a game case
I have a few 3d printers in my room, unfortunately I do not think those will help much aha
Thought you wanted a shell I guess.I attempted this with my own V1 Mig and unitek dock and found exactly the same thing. To get around the cumbersome button press issue, I got myself two MIG Switch V1 carts, and a Unitek Dock with build in 4 slot game changer off AliExpress. I then put half my games on MIG Switch V1 and the other half on the other. Two cartridges are required to be inserted into the Unitek dock for it's game switching feature to work.
Initially it worked quite well, cycling through the games, however if I start a game, and then exit, that game on that MIG Switch stays locked in and will not change. The only way to change it is to physically eject that card from the game changer and put it directly into the switch, and then ejected it quickly when the green light is on, then put it back into the game changer. This kind of defeats the purpose of the game changer with its remote. The only other way to fix the issue is to put the micro sd card into the computer and delete the index file. Is there any work around for this game locking issue?
Has anyone managed to get a couple of MIG Switch cards plus a Unitek dock and game changer working reliably?
I attempted this with my own V1 Mig and unitek dock and found exactly the same thing.
The strangest thing is that ejecting it and reinserting it into the dock doesn't work, even with a power cycle. It has to be reinserted into the console.
I can't see any workaround for this. I think it's a fatal flaw for anyone trying to use this way.
