I am playing Zelda Tears Of The Kingdom. After 7 hours of playtime I have completed 3 shrines. I am currently at the In-isa Shrine and need to go to The Temple Of Time. I don't know how to get there. In Breath Of The Wild you had a paraglider. You don't have that in Tears Of The Kingdom. You could also use Revali's Gale. You can't teleport to a shrine like in Breath Of The Wild. The possibility's in the game is very limited compared to Breath Of The Wild.

At the In-isa Shrine there is a river. The wind is blowing in the opposite direction, which is why the boat is not blowing in the right direction. I hope you guys can help me? How do I get to The Temple Of Time?

Maybe this helps?

Thanks. That helped a lot. It shows how to deal with zonai. I managed to get to the Temple Of Time. Now I need to go to the 4th shrine and I can use teleport.

I'd recommend playing an older, and far more fun, Legend of Zelda game, if you haven't done so already; The Wind Waker HD also has exploratory elements, as it has you sailing across the Great Sea exploring all the different islands and archipelagos and reefs scattered throughout. It's also impossible to get lost, thanks to the Sea Chart marking your locations as well as the name and shape of each island, and map markers for the next destination story-wise.

The Wind Waker also lacks equipment fragility and limited stamina, making the experience far more streamlined and much less aggravating. Oh, and the dungeons here are great; much better than the Temples in TotK, most of which share the exact same gimmick of guiding the regional Champion to devices they activate with their unique power (repetitive and boring).

If you don't want to bother setting up Cemu, and want to stick with the Switch, then may I recommend Link's Awakening? A fantastic 2D Zelda that, again, has fantastic dungeons, a good story and characters, doesn't frustrate the player with limited stamina or fragile equipment or a lack of direction, and is just hella fun.

I get that you may not like TOTK but why post this? Like this person was very clearly having fun with this game just confused at one point. And the response they got was basically "Play a better game" I just don't get that.

How do I get rupees? I have not find one.

I am in Hyrule. What's the best thing I can do? Visit the shrines to get stronger?
The blue bokolins can kill me with one strike. Should I avoid them for now?

This is a big part of the game. Experimentation. Really the approach you take on this game is just wondering around, finding new materials and weapons, experimenting with different fusions, making different apparatus to help, etc. But a few tips I suppose.
- Shrines will allow you to gain more health and stamina and sometimes equipment.
- Rupees can be obtained from grass in certain cases but selling items is the main source.
- When it comes to combat it is very much about the approach. Not good at hand to hand? go ranged, don't like bows? build your own machine to kill them. Though really there is no "limiter" on what you can kill. You aren't just going to encounter an enemy that is impossible to kill. There are definitely some that will be a huge challenge but none are impossible.

Here is the next problem. I have arrived at the Wind Temple. At a certain point I lose my hearts because I am high in the clouds. Cold Exlires do not work. I do not have enough rupees to buy clothes in Rito Village that protect me from the cold. Do you have any advice on what I should do? Leave the Wind Temple for now and go look for rupees?

Well you can actually make elixirs and foods that give different levels of cold resistance. Though buying the gear is suggested. I'm sure you've gathered a good chunk of random gems and such. Selling items is your main source of money. And I'll say that gems are shockingly renewable due to Stone Talus.

How can I make elixirs and foods that give Link different levels of cold resistance? What I do now is cook one apple and four spicey peppers.

Does it matter who I sell items? Will the price stay the same?

Different levels of effects may be a gear exclusive thing after checking. But yes all shopkeepers buy for the same amount afaik.

I was searching today for animals to shoot, so I can cook meat to sell it. I couldn't find it in Hebra Mountain. This is going to be hard

I now have more than 5000 rupees :). In the area of Death Mountain there are many stones that you can break. It gives you ruby, sapphire and other types of stones that you can sell. I have 2 other questions:

1.In Breath Of The Wild your seikah slate had the option to beep when you are near a shrine. You do not have this option in Tears Of The Kingdom.

2.I have completed 72 shrines. I still encounter weapons with an average durability of 9. Where can I get stronger weapons?

edit: commenter below already said it, but i specifically remember fusing weapons together to make them last more. i found a reddit thread where someone went through how it works but it wont let me link it lol

Durability or damage of 9? I went to the Zora domain immediately after the tutorial island and my weapons are like 30+ damage and plenty of durability. Are you fusing things?
