I want to use some cheat codes for MLB 24 and I'm certain there is no anti-cheat in the game cuz I see a lot of people selling currency for dirt cheap and they accumulate it fast. Would I just search for codes for the game on this website and the same process of how people inject the codes but I just do that while being online? I'm gonna use the codes on online single player, meaning I'm playing on an online mode but its against the AI. i ask this because I see some people using codes online there just isn't really a tutorial that I can find for that. i only see it for offline unless its the same process
If you use cheats for online games, you will get your Switch banned and will no longer be able to play any online games.

I understand that but i haven't used my main switch for a few years and I see some people who play online with codes don't get banned (depending on the game) so if it gets banned id be fine with that tbh. i just cant find a guide anywhere on how to do it online.

Do you have a Softmodded V1, or a modchipped V2, OLED, Lite Switch (a modded Switch)? If so just use homebrew app called Breeze.

Just because others avoid getting a ban somehow doesn't mean you won't. If you risk cheating while playing a online game, just know, you will never get to play any online games again on that Switch if you are banned. Good luck.

I’m having this same issue. I quit DQ3 and it wants to do an online check to boot back up. I’m on 19.0.1. Can anyone help?

Quoting 4dzxlaan, as he seems to know what your issue is about. He answered the guy you quoted with this:
sounds like whoever made the dumps for the games you downloaded is a dummy and put the master key revision byte in the ticket one byte too far ahead. so the ticket gets treated as temporary because master key revision is 0x10-0x1F (?) and gets invalidated after a reboot

the easy fix for this is to install using dbi, which is supposed to automatically fix this ticket error when you install. the more difficult fix is to dump the ticket and manually hex edit it, then reinstall it. you can dump the ticket through dbi and reinstall it also with dbi. the even more difficult fix is to get whoever is dumping games to understand that they're stupid so they can stop making that mistake

I have a V1 switch modded following switch.hacks guide and am on 19.0.1. I used impeeza's patch/update in the recent sigpatches posts. I've tried many different things and setups, but ultimately always have the same few issues. I've followed the guide for both emmuMMC and sysmmc, but currently I'm setup for sysmmc.

Usually I get the error for games I've got off the tinfoil website or other sites that says "the purchasing user is not present", and it won't allow me to play. I've tried nsp, xci, xcz, ECT to the same result. Many of them won't even install and fall installation in Awoo from sd card.

Metal Slug Tactics installed, but I get the purchasing user not present error when launched. Does anyone have a guide for more information on installing games and launching them? Or basically any guides on how to use/get tickets, forwarders and what they are, what sigpatches/sys-patches are, how to get the overlay thing to work, or anything? I feel like I'm missing some fairly obvious stuff here but I'm new and just lost right now

"required firmware version" only matters for actual eshop, and maybe console to console update transfers. nsp installers ignore it, at that point the only limiting factor is sdk version used for the title, or the master key used to encrypt it depending on if you use fusee or hekate to boot

even eshop wouldnt need to follow it, but by enforcing a newer firmware version to install or run updates it forces people to continue updating instead of staying behind

like, there's no technical reason that makes the newer firmware version "required". it's just a check that asks for firmware version, and the check just doesnt get done with most nsp installers
this is inaccurate. home menu does check the required firmware version and will refuse to run the game if your firmware is not high enough, when the installer didnt bypass the required firmware version (by leaving it off in tinfoil for example)

so the eshop doesnt care, you can buy download install whatever regardless of firmware version. but if the firmware version is too low, home menu won't let you run it without updating

I was told in the past that it was checked when installing, this is not true, it checks at run time. I just never ran into it because either my firmware version was always high enough, or my installers patched the firmware version check so I wouldn't have noticed any different. but I've been leaving the bypass turned off in lithium and found it doesn't let me run newer game updates on 18.1.0

I'm not completely sure yet how the bypass works. goldleaf source shows it sets required system version in extended header to 0 in the content meta when installing, but even if I re-dump the files after installing, the new dump is identical to the original one. so clearly the game files that get installed arent actually modified. maybe this modified content meta gets written to the application record instead, but I don't have a way to verify that

I'll start by saying I'm a total noob when talking about switch games hacks. I was wondering if there's a tool simple enough to give myself in pokemon scarlet those pokemons that are only obtainable through trading. I'm running FW 18.1.0 and atmosphere 1.7.1. Thank you.

Use pkhex

Good morning, my 1st post here. Just got a Switch oled modded w/ emunand. I'm gonna upgrade my microSD card, waiting on it's delivery. The emumcc in hekate is "SD file" enabled and fat32 filesystem. All is working fine & preparing to copy emunand+contents to pc but my Windows 10 pc can't read the emunand sd card (using kingston usb microsd adapter). It reads other fat32 cards but requests I format the emunand sd card. I don't wanna lose the emunand mod by formatting. Should I buy an alternative microsd card adapter? The Kingston is specifically for microSD but simply won't identify my fat32 data.

Do not format your SD card since you probably have a hidden partition emuNAND. Instead, you can follow this guide to see how to move to another SD card. NxNandManger method worked for me when I moved to a bigger SD card myself.

Emunand play activity started showing up on my Nintendo Sysnand account
And I was planning to eventually get some games I played on emunand
It's my account on risk on getting banned?
For the record I've never done anything online on my emunand like trying to access the eshop or connecting to game servers or things like that however the play activity started showing on my Sysnand account
That's pretty much it

You sure you have an emunand, emunand and sysnand not supposed to cross each other.

Yes I do I have have them separate one says E at the end and for the other I directly launch it not as CFW but as Stock Sysnand

However I think it may be because I play games on the same switch profile on both Sysnand and emunand oops I just noticed that hoho
Am I cooked ?

If you have NSP on a clean Sysnand then you are screwed.

Hi guys,
I just updated to Hekate 6.2.2 and Atmosphere 1.8.0, which worked fine,
but after updating to FW 19.0.0 with daybreak I can't boot into Atmosphere anymore:
I get this error after the boot logos, any suggestions?

Atmosphère Fatal Report (v1.1):
Result: 0x222A02 (2002-4373)
Program ID: 010000000000001f
Process Name: ns
Firmware: 19.0.0 (Atmosphère 1.8.0-master-c6014b533)

I just bought a Nintendo Switch v2 with a mod chip. I wanted to know how do I update to the latest version of Atmosphere? Can I do everything through the Switch or do I have to use the PC?
