You can't just bully generations just because they're built differently, after all we're people. But I guess some of us have a short attention span.

I'm guessing they mean "lite" like in "Coke lite", as in "low/zero sugar".
Arnold Palmer is iced tea and lemonade and both of those are like 50% sugar by volume.
