Seems snopes is on it, but they're just information collecting. But here's one more sign that the sign is a fake. There's only one. If it were a sanctioned sign, they wouldn't print a single one.

Except it's just her head photoshopped onto a photo of a Canadian girl who did work at McDonald's, and died of cancer in 2007. Someone took the photo from the dead girl's memorial webpage. No assumptions necessary for that one. There are dirty tricks enough to overflow the pool on both sides right now. Circumspection is better than gullibility, and if you're unwilling to acknowledge Occam's Razor objectively, you're just gonna look foolish.
