There has been packs on the forums that are created for pal region that if you change the serial to ntsc will be compatible for that release. Do you know if this will work for your textures as im located in the usa?

I've downloaded and extracted this pack, I know it's working as I can see the logo on the "Press Start" screen but when in game, Ratchet's textures are still pixelated (Like the screenshot you posted WITHOUT the texture pack loaded) I have tried this on both a EU version and a USA version on PCSX2, can you help?
